Anton

Director, Head of IT

Anton first starting playing RPGs with school friends in the 80s and 90s. Real life got in the way for a few decades, during which he embarked on a career as an IT architect and consultant, got married and had kids, got a dog - you know, that sort of thing. And then in the early 2020s during a random discussion with his teenage daughter he discovered she had developed an interest in DnD, and so he donned his cloak and cheesy dungeon master T-shirt, and returned to the incredible world of TTRPGs.

In 2023 he joined the Hammersmith branch of Role Play Haven, and subsequently became the branch Games Coordinator, then Branch Manager, and in 2026 was appointed as a Director of The Role Play Haven CIC, all the time continuing to play and run game as a Game Master. Anton works in London for a well-known financial services organisation as an Enterprise Architect. His technical skills and knowledge of finance come in handy for his volunteering role at RPH which mainly involves running the technical and financial side of the company.
