Dump the plastic and go digital

You've been asking for this for a long time, and now it's here. The new Role Play Haven digital membership pass allows you to download and store your RPH membership pass on any Apple iPhone, iPad or Android device. The passes include a new unique QR code that you'll be able to use for scanning Game Session Tokens – just like a physical membership card.

When you buy your membership you will see a new option to purchase a "Digital only" membership. You get the same primary membership benefits – book spaces on games, buy GSTs at a discount and download a digital pass for scanning.

No plastic! No postage costs! The only difference is that without a physical plastic card you won't be able to get in-store discounts at our retail partners

But if you really want a plastic card – that’s fine. Some members find them convenient for scanning rather than pulling out a phone. The cards can be used to get discount at some shops. Some Members collect the cards like rare magic items. The £2 extra cost is to cover postage and packing.

(As many of you are aware, we have had some challenges getting cards delivered to you reliably over the last several months. While we continue to work on improving the logistics of card delivery, the new digital membership feature means you'll no longer need to rely on receiving your card to be able to show your membership QR code.)
